Luke was great! Waiting to finalize was not so great. This was the first time I've shopped at Corwin Toyota, and I will definitely come back again! I've had some bad experiences with other dealerships in This was the first time I've shopped at Corwin Toyota, and I will definitely come back again! I've had some bad experiences with other dealerships in the past, but from the start I enjoyed working with Luke. He was professional, courteous, and clearly listened and responded to my vehicle needs and budget right from the start. He also was responsive to some minor concerns we had and did everything possible to ensure we were completely happy with out purchase. The only reason I can't give the experience a five-star review is the fact that, when I was ready to sign the paperwork and write the check, I waited an hour and a half to meet with a person in the "finance" department. I didn't need a loan or anything, so I'm not sure why it took so long. Had I been notified in advance that I would be waiting so long, I would have left and returned another day. To his credit, Luke stuck around and did what he could to move things along for me, even though his he was under no obligation to be involved at that point. I really appreciated him going out of his way like that to look out for me. I'll definitely be back when we need to upgrade our other vehicle. More

Quality service I bought a Toyota Sienna after looking in the Tri state area. Corwin was the most competitive and Brennan was upfront and honest about the vehicle, pr I bought a Toyota Sienna after looking in the Tri state area. Corwin was the most competitive and Brennan was upfront and honest about the vehicle, pricing, etc. We made the deal over text and when I went in to pick it up it took about 1/2 an hour.
