Coulter Cadillac is a family owned business and it definitely shows from the moment you step into to the dealership . Ed was super friendly, funny and knowledgeable. Our sales person Dureen Olson went above and beyond, showing her product knowledge and taking the time to go over all of the functions of the vehicle. In addition, my wife and I felt like we had a strong advocate during the buying process. Our thanks to Dureen for her efforts. Anyone who has bought and financed a vehicle from a dealership knows how complex and monotonous the process and paperwork can be. Chris Harder made the process fun and personal. Loved the quick easy no pressure experience! Having Victor as our salesperson was lucky! He has great energy, is informative and I felt like he honed in on exactly what we wanted. He had our car ready for us with a 5 min heads up and even though he was getting ready to head home for the day, he stuck with us and helped us through the process, whick took only about an hour or so. Sarah in finance was also great and got through our paperwork quickly. Love these guys!!! More

Excellent buying experience I was looking for a very specific GMC Sierra that was proving hard to find. One call to the GMC General Manager Tim Raspiller and he was able to fin I was looking for a very specific GMC Sierra that was proving hard to find. One call to the GMC General Manager Tim Raspiller and he was able to find the exact truck in Sierra Vista. After confirming that it was what I wanted, he had it picked up the very next day and ready for delivery to me at Coulter GMC. I came in Saturday morning early and Tim Totoro had everything ready and the paperwork ready to go. The price was well below what I was expecting and they even told me about additional rebates the dealership, GMC and Costco were offering. The sales process was quick, smooth and seamless and Sarah Burt in Finance made it a breeze. I can’t say enough about the great people at Coulter. Paul Glans, Tim Raspiller, Tim Totaro and Sarah Burt are all true professionals! Thank you all for the excellent buying experience. More

Poor Reception My husband & I were originally referred to this dealership, since we have just retired & relocated permanently to Scottsdale. Our extended family al My husband & I were originally referred to this dealership, since we have just retired & relocated permanently to Scottsdale. Our extended family always buys their vehicles here & recommended that we shop & service our new Cadillac at this Phoenix location. We decided that while we were downtown, my husband & I would explore the new 4-door CT 6 model, while we are having an oil change. We arrived to the dealership last Saturday. We pulled up onto the service lanes. Having been our first time to bring one of our vehicles here, we did not know that we had pulled into the wrong lane, closest to some offices. My husband realized this error, and we sat only for a couple of minutes to backup & go into one of the other lanes. A woman came out from a booth, and approached me on the passenger side. I rolled down my window, about to tell her we will be backing our car up, but instead she quickly tells me "You are doing this all WRONG!! You must enter THESE entry lanes!" (pointing to her left). I quickly apologized to her, and that we would make the correction. She asked, "What are we doing for you today?" I let her know that we are here to do an oil change. She rolled her eyes and under her breath said "Typical oil change" Then, rudely said..."That will take a long time, its best to come early in the morning. You need to get in line, then go wait in the lounge next to you" My husband said "No problem, Miss. We plan to walk around & look" She obviously looked like she did not like spending her Saturday here today. I asked my husband that we go finish the rest of our errands that day, and we could do an oil change & look at the CT 6 another day. I turned to the woman and say to her, as I look at her name badge. "I'm sorry for the confusion, Miss Gallagher, this is our first time here. We will instead come back during the week" She never smiled during her TALK with us, and was quick to turn her back without a word & walked away. I never would have expected this. I would like to let my family know the feeling of inconvience this woman made us feel. More
