From the time I spoke to Dureen about the needs and expectations of the vehicle we were interested in, to the completion of the sale, she was remarkable! She was very thorough in explaining the specifics and options we have, no sales pressure, and was very patient in going over the details and features of what the vehicle had to offer so we may take full advantage of these features. The whole experience to include the financial paperwork took a little less than 2 hours which was a huge plus since I didn't need to take a whole day off from work. I will highly recommend Coulter Cadillac (and Dureen) to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

Definately ask for Ed! WE had taken are car to another place they quoted us over $800.00 plus told us we needed an oil change which we happen to haven gotten 2 days prior t WE had taken are car to another place they quoted us over $800.00 plus told us we needed an oil change which we happen to haven gotten 2 days prior to having to take the car in. So I looked around at all the different dealers that service my car Chevy Malibu and called to Coulter they got me right in. I went and Ed came out listened to the problem I was having then went and turned off Engine lights. When he realized the car was going to need to be service he took they extra step to check and see what the warranties or anything we may have on the car (which I thought warranty was up) then took are car back fixed everything and got it back to us so quickly I was very impressed he definitely goes the extra mile for his customers. Very pleasant experience would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. More

In 2013 I had purchased a 2012 Corvette convertible from Coult My second purchase from Coulter Cadillac, began with a Phone call from Gerald Feacher. In 2013 I had purchased a 2012 Corvette convertible from Coulter and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle. Gerald and I talked over several days about a 2015 Corvette Coupe Coulter had taken in trade, over the next few days. I did not think I could afford the payment on such a beautiful machine. Thanks to Gerald's willingness to work with a hesitant customer . He made the Vehicle purchase of my dreams fit into my monthly budget. I drove from Idaho to Phoenix and purchased the vehicle only because of Gerald Feacher's personality,trust he instilled and helpful attitude.
