In December I was in an accident, and since I bought my GMC at Coulter and have all my service work done there, I wanted to have the collision repair done there too. Jay Santomeno handled the repairs right GMC at Coulter and have all my service work done there, I wanted to have the collision repair done there too. Jay Santomeno handled the repairs right from the start, dealing with the insurance company and furnishing me with a car to drive while the repairs were being done. We stayed in constant communications, and Jay was always very courteous and kept me informed of the progress. He had me come to the shop after removing the damaged parts and explained exactly what was damaged and how it was being repaired. He was able to stay within the insurance repair limits and returned my vehicle to me in almost new condition! I was very happy with the results, and was very glad I took my vehicle to Coulter Cadillac for the repairs! The spare tire lock was missing when I picked up my vehicle, and Jay was more than receptive to replace it, but would have to order one. When I got home I found it in the parts I had hurriedly picked up at the accident scene. I called him to cancel the order and he was very relieved. The fact that he was willing to replace it without question was very admirable.
