I don't think I've ever felt as well taken care of as I was with Allan and his team at Coulter. He was ready for us when we arrived, had asked all the questions and had done his research on what m of as I was with Allan and his team at Coulter. He listened to what was important to us and presented the cars that met those needs. He didn't push at all but let us make up our own minds. After the sale he was incredible (as has been Debbile Niles and Paul Glans). He spent several hours with me getting me acqainted with the vehicle and made sure I was comfortable with all of the bells and whistles. He even introduced me to Brad Majercin, the Service Manager so that I would feel comfortable when I brought the car in for servicing. I really felt like it wasn't just a sale but he was building a relationship with me and Coulter. I would definitely recommend Allan and the team and Coulter to anyone interested in buying a vehicle. I recently purchased a used cadillac from Coulter Caddilac. My sale associate was Bill Jurczak and Bill was very well versed in the car I was looking at. I found a used vehicle online. After calling to speak to a salesman to ensure it was available and let him know I'd like to come see and drive it, he had it waiting up front upon our arrival. The vehicle was everything I expected and the sales staff was helpful in arranging a deal that both my wife and I were happy with. Additionally, my 1-year old son, who was very much NOT into the car buying process, was never treated as a hassle or inconvenience by the staff and my wife and I were never made to feel awkward for having him there. In fact, both our salesman Bill Jurczak and our finance manager Rick Baena, treated our son very well and engaged him and made room for him in their offices. My wife and I left very satisfied with our the deal as well as with the Coulter Cadillac team. I will happily recommend this dealership to others. More

Marty was great and made sure that he explained everything inside & out of car, warranty and coverage. Marty took his time and showed us a lot of cars and was very knoweldgable on all brands (Buick everything inside & out of car, warranty and coverage. While it seemed that everyone we came into contact at the dealership was very nice and polite there was one employee that stood out from the rest as not being very nice or polite in her attitude and tone of voice (lobby receptionist). As my husband and I were sitting in the lobby while Marty was checking into something an older customer came over and asked the receptionist if there was a way she could get a bottle of water. The receptionist in a very stern voice told the customer, "you need to go to the back and wait for someone else and ask them. I'm not allowed to leave this desk". As the customer walked towards the hallway going out to the service area she started coughing and said, "I was told to ask you". I thought this was rude and even if she couldn't leave her desk (which I did see her do- I was there for almost 7 hours) she could of called a salesman to assit. This just didn't seem to match your dealership's customer service attitude. More

We found exactly what we were looking for, and between Bill and Mike, they worked way beyond our expectations to make sure that we got good financing at the price we wanted and never quit until they got us where we wanted to be. After years of buying vehicles, this is the BEST experience we have every had at ANY dealership. They kept us up to date on the financing status and made sure we were always comfortable. We will definitely return when we are ready to buy another car, but we will also stop by just to say Hi. If anyone asks us for a recommendation on where to buy a car, we will be sending them to Bill.
