I drove to Coulter to take a look at their inventory of Cadillac Escaldes because Coulter has a good reputation for quality and professionalism. I was surprised to also discover that they had just the Esca Cadillac Escaldes because Coulter has a good reputation for quality and professionalism. I was surprised to also discover that they had just the Escalade ESV that I was looking for and at a great price. What's more, the price included a 4 year bumper-to-bumper warranty. But the best part of the whole experience was how easy it was to buy this car. I never felt pressured once. My salesman, Bill Jurczak was a pleasure to deal with. Even Rick Baena, the Business Manager, who was the finance guy, made that part easy as well. I kept waiting for the add on pressure from Rick to buy something that I didn't want or need, but it never came. After spending less time than I have ever spent in a car dealer before buying a car, I simply drove away in an immaculate, like new, 2010 Cadillac Escalade that I love. I needed a donut spare tire, and Jim was the only person in the valley who could help me. I had called Power road Buick and they directed me to a "scrap yard". They expertly guided me in the process and had no preconceived bias or judgement about who I was or what deal I would make. As a woman shopping by myself, this was not only refreshing but the complete opposite experience from the 10+ dealerships I had visited prior. In the end, I selected a make/model outside of their inventory, but would absolutely go there first for my next vehicle just to have the experience of being a Coulter customer. One added bonus of the experience is that they educated and inspired me to get more interested in the cars themselves, instead of just shopping for one that would fit my needs. I have a bit of regret that I didn't choose the ATS sedan just for the ride. More
