This is the 2nd car that I have purchased from Coulter in 90 days because of the professionalism, care of the staff and quality of the vehicles. I do have to single out a special employee as he has made the experience over the top. Edward Stralko II has been an absolute pleasure to work with on the service side. I had both of my cars in there for minor adjustments and he has gone above and beyond each of my visits! I will buy again from this dealership because of these people!! More

I had been to 8 other dealerships before going to Coulter. All of them EXCEPT Coulter were pushy and before I even drove the car asked if I was going to make a deal that night. There is no way to know that until I have decided on the car, the model, color, and if the price is right. I used to think that car buying was a miserable experience. I was in the market for a reasonable priced car with good power and amenities would be nice but not a must. I looked for used to keep the cost down but wanted low mileage and the car to be in exceptional shape. All other dealerships wanted almost the new car price for these cars or tried to get me to lease a new car when I didn't want a lease. Then I happened to find just the car I wanted on the internet at Coulter Cadillac and the price was the lowest I'd seen and it had all the upgrades to make it an exceptional car. I drove over there and Bill Jurczak came out of the office to greet me. I had come by myself, and at other dealerships as a woman coming in alone, was mobbed by multiple sales people competing with each other and treating me as if I was less intelligent. Bill was not like that. He was kind and very respectful. He showed me the car, explained all the features and we took it for a drive. I told him that my husband would need to see it before I made a decision and he said "of course" and printed out the car details and gave me his business card. At other dealerships they went so far as to tell me I should purchase it and could show it to him then and if I didn't like it bring it back! Not Bill. He said he wanted to be sure I was happy with my car. I returned the next morning with my husband and we bought the car. It was the most friendly and easy purchase I had ever made. I had dreaded buying a new car as my last 2 experiences were really poor. I have driven only two cars since 1988 for that very reason. Bill made it an enjoyable and fun experience. I highly recommend Coulter Cadillac and especially Bill. All personnel were friendly and the finance manager was exceptional friendly. I would definitely return when I am in the market again for another car. More
