We were in about 3:00 PM on Sunday. We drove the Tahoe and liked it. They worked with us to close the deal. Everyone was very nice and stayed late to finish the deal. To begin with...we were looking for a GM product...either the Chevy Silverado or the GMC Sierra. She's happy with your service department, which is an important factor in considering a dealership. Overall, buying our new Sierra SLE 4x4 from Coulter (working with Jeff and also Paul)was a very comfortable, non-intimidating, non-pressured experience. My husband and I really liked working with Jeff and Paul. We never would have even met Paul, if we hadn't been comfortable working with Jeff! We would have walked away and never come back. Both were friendly and personable. Neither one came across "pushy", but came across as professional, and earnestly came across as doing the best in our behalf...from showing us what we were looking for, even though that altered a bit during the buying process, in the pricing of our trade-ins, and the pricing of whichever vehicle we chose. They definitely gave us the "space" to make a decision without force feeding us, which was happening elsewhere. Both had a sense of humor and even laughed at Joe's jokes!
