My experience with Coulter Cadillac and Roger Farney was fantastic. It started from my inquiry on the internet. I was looking for special items and color on our GMC Terrian. Roger was not trying to sell me anything but what we wamted from the get go. Roger said we can order what you want but it could take 6-8 weeks. He was up front and his price was to our satisfaction. We received our GMC sooner than the time stated earlier. Upon seeing our terrain the process was complete and professionally done to our satisfaction. If you want a buying experience with no strings attached, Roger is your salesman. Never was there any part with concern or pressure throughout the time we started to the time we drove off there lot with our new 2013 Terrain. I had been searching for a replacement car for about 30 days, during that time I visited several sales lots in my area. Good and bad experiences. It was during my exhaustive search on the internet that I found the car that connected me, by phone, with Dale Skiljan. He was like a breath of fresh air. Extremely patient with my many questions about the inventory at Coulter. Showed concern about what was important to me, what I wanted and then was able to give me a price over the phone. My husband stopped by while in the area, picked up the car, brought it home, we drove it back to Coulter and completed the deal. All information was straight forward and as thorough as need be to make sure everything was clear. They cleaned up the car (again) while we did the paperwork, and made sure the gas tank was full. Mike Kemp followed up with all the paperwork, explaining options available for additional warranties etc. Friendly, informative, no pressure. Again, a breath of fresh air! As a side comment, I love their website, they do a great job with the photos of the vehicles, their descriptions and the complete details about all the options/packages that on included on each of the vehicles. Other Dealers should follow your lead! I can only anticipate that working through service concerns in the future will be as professional as everything else we have experienced at Coulter thus far. At the consultation, he allowed me to set the pace and provide the direction of the conversation. Negotiations were fair and the price was reasonable. I had enough time for deliberation prior to making the decision to buy the vehicle. My meeting with Finance Director Michael Kemp was arranged to accommodate my schedule and preference. Mike explained all of the options and accepted my objections to the programs that I chose to decline. At Coulter this buying experience was efficient and fair. The total time in this process was very short with the only delays being to allow me to analyze and deliberate. I am a repeat sales customer and expect that my next vehicle purchase will likely be at Coulter. Coulter is a luxury dealer that provides a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Coulter. More

He did not pressure us at any time and provided all information we requested as well as information on the vehicle we eventually purchased as well as the warranty. He arranged to have the vehicle detailed before we took possession which was excellent. Debbie Niles very efficiently completed the financial paperwork and clearly explained each paper needing a signature. We returned a couple of days later after the weekend to pick up the vehicle and Bill was there to help us with everything. Bill was an excellent person with which to deal regarding purchase of a newer Cadillac. He would have been just as helpful if we had not purchased. Bill asked us to call him if we had any questions or needed any information regarding the vehicle or warranty. More
