We originally visited Coulter Cadillac in July 2012 on our way back to Tucson from a trip out of state. We were very pleased with the sales staff and their new and used selections, however, we did not bu our way back to Tucson from a trip out of state. We were very pleased with the sales staff and their new and used selections, however, we did not buy a car on our first visit. Since we live in Tucson, we did try to buy local, but the dealerships in Tucson (VW, BMW, Toyota, Cadillac, Kia) didn't measure to the attention, friendliness, fairness of deal/trade, that we had already experienced at Coulter with Bill Jurczak. We contacted Coulter, via email, after visiting their website and finding a car that met our needs, a 2011 CTS Sedan. Bill Jurczak was very responsive and upfront from the getgo, we knew exactly what to expect upon our arrival. When we returned to Coulter in early September 2012; Bill had the car we were interested in parked and shaded for our test drive. We test drove the vehicle and were very happy with it and ready to buy, but then the unexpected happened - there was another car on the lot that we couldn't resist, a 2012 CTS Station Wagon. They offered us a very fair price on our trade and honored their internet sales price on the vehicle, no hidden costs. It was a deal made in heaven! Bill provided the ins and outs of the vehicle along with warranty information. Once the paperwork was prepared, we then interacted with Mike Kemp, their financing manager, a very good experience. They were able to match our Credit Union financing, which was a huge plus!!! Mike spent quality time with us ensuring paperwork, warranty info, and other optional benefits were discussed and met with ease. It was a pleasure working with Coulter on our vehicle purchase, they really know how to conduct business with no run around. We highly recommend this dealership for your car buying needs. We will not hesitate to make the 90 minute drive to Coulter to do business with them in the future. More
I drive a 2011 Cadillac SRX. The battery went bad and I had a service tech come by. His name is Tom Munoz. I had an alright experience, though I did have some issues. Dale seemed quick to try and push me into the car. I went on a test-drive and immediately afterward he asked me, "so will you take it?" givin issues. Dale seemed quick to try and push me into the car. Maybe it's because I was buying an $8500 car on a lot with cars worth three or four times that, and they were just trying to get rid of it, but I don't know. Michael Kemp was the one who handled our financial situation, and I'm far more unhappy with him than I am with Dale. He seemed super pushy about the warranty, but didn't seem to know much about it. He insisted that I had to buy the warranty right then and there, and told me that any other warranty I'll find won't be as good, which I know isn't the case after doing my research when I got home. We decided not to get the warranty the dealership was offering, but I called a couple days later to see if Dale could fax me over the reconditioning sheet or the warranty point check sheet so I could get a warranty through a third party. He tried to claim that he wasn't sure if they still had it since the deal was closed. That doesn't make any sense, and I feel like he's only saying that because they want me to buy the warrant through them. You don't just trash all records of the cars you've sold after you've sold them. They're just being difficult. I just called, so we'll see if he ends up sending it over or not. More
