Thanks for your confidence in us. You point out something most people don't know: If you need collision repair, you decide when and where you want to have it fixed, not the insurance company. It's called "steering" and there are laws on the books forbiding the practice. They try to tell you "the warranty is better, or this other shop does better work..."
