Coulter Cadillac is by far the BEST dealership I have ever worked with. The Sales Team is attentive ans respectful. It is not like some of those other places that you go to, you know the HIGH pressure ever worked with. The Sales Team is attentive ans respectful. We purchased a 2010 GMC Terrain and Bill was very knowledgable about the vehicle AND the questions he couldn't answer he looked up for us. He was a great salesman and I will be sending friends to him. Debbie Niles was a DREAM to work with! This woman knows her stuff! My husband and I were in and out of the finance department within 2 hours. Yes, you read that right! 2 hours! The one word that can describe this dealership, Bill and Debbie is...Class. I found that Dennis Starks, was very professional, and listened to me as to what I was looking for and the price range I was prepared to pay. I purchased my new SRX in the Spring of 2010 from Coulter Cadillac. At the time I was quite satisfied with the quality of the vehicle, the sales team, and the subsequent service. I moved to Denver, Co. i Cadillac. At the time I was quite satisfied with the quality of the vehicle, the sales team, and the subsequent service. I moved to Denver, Co. in the Fall of 2010 and had occasion to seek service at my local Cadillac dealer, Rickenbacher Cadillac. All service was performed flawlessly thanks to service director, Norm. When I had a problem with the chrome finish on my wheels and lower trim, I personally contacted the service manager, Blaze. He patiently listened to my concerns and told me he would contact the regional Cadillac representative and get back to me promptly. Several days later, Blaze called me and informed me that Cadillac would replace all of the parts in question at their expense where ever I would like the service performed. As I had returned the vehicle to Phoenix, I elected to have my original dealership, Coulter Cadillac, do the work. I contacted Coulter Cadillac Service Manager, Jon Thorne, who entrusted this task to his ever able assistant, Ed Stralko. As all Cadillac personnel preceding him, Ed was extremely professional and to the utmost helpful. He continued to make this entire process as easy on me as possible, demonstrating that the total Cadillac experience is luxury, from the quality of the product, to the exceptional customer service.
