I have rated Coulter Cadillac and especially Glenn Heiser very high in all aspects of my transaction. Buying a car over the internet and the telephone was a leap of faith but I can honestly say it was more very high in all aspects of my transaction. Sure, it would have been nice to see the car but since I was in Seattle and the perfect Cadillac STS was in Phoenix I had to trust the pictures and Glenn's assurances that the car was "like new". After Glenn set-up delivery and it arrived here I was pleasantly suprised to find the car exceeded my expectations. The whole buying experience reflected high integrity and a committment to customer satisfaction by Glenn and the dealership. I feel confident in predicting that anyone wishing to buy a quality used car will be happy with the outcome. By the way - Cadillac is a great car, can't figure out why it took me so long to buy my first one. More
They Were very Fair & Customer oriented. It was a Breeze,getting into another Car after Totalling my 2007 CTS. I was looking for a specific car and found it at Coulter Cadillac. This was a long distance transaction and my first of this kind as the car was in Phoenix, I was in Denver. I called and got a hold of G Cadillac. This was a long distance transaction and my first of this kind as the car was in Phoenix, I was in Denver. I called and got a hold of Glenn. He described the car (in addition to the pictures online) and talked me through the process. I put a deposit on the car and Glenn told me that if for any reason, the car did not live up to my expectations, the deposit was refundable. Glenn then emailed me all the documentation and we set up a time for us to fly to Phoenix and look at the car. We flew out Friday morning and Glenn picked us up at the airport. The car was everything Glenn said it was and after a short time, we were on our way driving back to Denver. Glenn even helped us pick out a route to take and printed off maps of how to get to the road he recommended. I would highly recommend Coulter and Glenn as my experience with them was excellent and I would do it again. More
John was very patient with me while I made a decision about the car I wanted. He was always friendly and made it really easy to get ahold of him to ask questions. I never felt like I was getting a sales pitch as John's personality just makes you feel like he is talking to you, not trying to push you to buy; which is very important to me. Once I made my purchase he spent several minutes walking me through all of the features of my car, e.g. Onstar, Serius, the touch screen, etc. He even offered to deliver the paperwork to my office to make things more convenient for me. All in all he made my purchase a no pressure, easy experience. He has a fresh approach to selling cars! More
I was very happy to be at a dealership where I wouldn't have to spend hours determining a price to pay for a new car and the value of my trade-in. Having previously researched the value of both the new car and my trade in, I was able to make a quick decision on the deal. Dr. Cooper reminded me of the zero percentage program for financing which I accepted. My dealings with the business manager, Deborah Niles, were pleasant in that I did not have to put up with a lot of pressure regarding warranty etc. The whole transaction only too 2-3 hours rather than the 6 or 7 I have experienced in the past. I will use the service department at his dealership since I had a good experience in purchasing the car. More
I started bringing my 2008 leased Escalade to Coulter for service and was favorably impressed. Then I was introduced to Dean Cooper. That turned out to be one of the most pleasant car buying experiences my w service and was favorably impressed. Then I was introduced to Dean Cooper. That turned out to be one of the most pleasant car buying experiences my wife an I have had in 40 years of car buying. We had lots of questions and it was at the end of a long day but all went smoothly and we picked up our new Escalade the next morning. Since then we have been in the service dept 3 times. Brad Majercin has been most professional and helpful. We couldn't be happier. More
