Glen figured out the costs and appraised our car for a trade in. My wife said we would have to talk about it and return at a later time. We only got a few blocks away when she told me to return as she wanted the car. We returned and purchased the car. One reason we purchased it, was the professionalism displayed by Glenn. My wife was promised that the labour to replace our right rear Saturn taillight would be at a very low price. Seth got to work right away, while I went to the new car showroom and the resale lot to look at rear Saturn taillight would be at a very low price. When I returned, he had finished and checked to see that the new taillight functioned properly. Imagine my surprise when I was told that the labour would be comped on the Saturn because of our previous visit where we had its fuel pump replaced! When it comes time for a respray on our Saturn, I will definitely get an estimate from them and have all of my oil changes done there. This is why they have been in business so long. More
