I bought my Catera new at Coulter Cadillac in 2000, and it's been regularly serviced there. I've seen a number of service managers come and go, but I have to state that Joe Helms is probably the friendlies it's been regularly serviced there. He went out of his way to explain why my car needed new tires, and, seeing an error in the final bill (which I hadn't spotted), apologized and had the bill amended at once. More

I had such a great experience with Coulter Cadillac particularly with Glenn Hieser. From the initial call (after my internet search) to the last dealings today 30 or more days after purchase the custom particularly with Glenn Hieser. TRY THAT WITH ANOTHER DEALER!!!!I would certainly not have done so if the treatment I received was not exceptional. I hate most auto dealers and have never purchased a used car from one. The experience I had was a view changer at least from Glenn and his teams perspective. Not only did I get call backs when I need them but I did not get the high pressure annoying calls from someone bugging as with other dealers.
