I saw the 2009 pre-owned Cadillac Certified Escalade Hybrid on-line. I had been watching for one all over the USA for about two years. I jumped on it! The car looks brand new and perfect. I priced my Hybrid on-line. I had been watching for one all over the USA for about two years. I jumped on it! The car looks brand new and perfect. I priced my trade in on-line & the info. was sent to Coulter Cadillac. Glenn Heiser phoned me & I returned his call. My wife I drove to Phoenix the next day & met with Glenn. The Internet price for the 2009 Escalade Hybrid was less then the listed price and below the blue book price. Combining this with the trade in ($1000 more than the internet quote and more than i expected) I was fully satisfied. Glenn & the dealership were down to earth, straight forward, efficient and practical. I recommend Glen Heiser & Coulter Cadillac and rate them excellent, 5 for 5. Thanks Jim Frost. Prescott AZ More

Sunday afternoon I went to Coulter Cadillac. I was approached by Joe Sparks. He was phenomenal. He listened to what I wanted in my new cadillac. We went for a test drive and he showed me the featur approached by Joe Sparks. He was phenomenal. He listened to what I wanted in my new cadillac. That led me to Coulter, and I couldn't have been more pleased. The service was excellent...I arrived mid-afternoon, and because the work couldn't be completed that day, I was given a beautiful loaner car. The next day, I was contacted when my vehicle was ready -- ahead of the projected time -- and was treated so nicely when I returned to the dealership. When I arrived, my representative, Kent Scott, was busy with another customer, and I must have been approached by three or four other service representatives offering help while I was waiting. The experience with Coulter couldn't have been better, and I thank them so much for taking such good care of a visitor to their beautiful city. More
