I was recommended to bring my vehicle into coulter cadillac because a friend of mine said that you guys to a very good job and are honest. I was hesitant to return to this dealership after the service I received with my last visit . However,I decided give it another try and I am glad I did. The difference was Mr. Joseph Helms. Mr. Helms greeted me in a professional manner and listened to my overall concerns regarding my vehicle. Mr. Helms answered all of my questions and explained each of the recommendations. Mr.Helms assured me that the vehicle would be ready to go at a certain time as we were leaving town to visit relatives. Mr. Helms had the vehicle ready before the time promised. Freindly, fair, extremely professional and a master at his craft and total customer oriented is what Glenn Heiser (Resale Internet Manager) at Coulter Cadillac is. I Saw a car I liked on their lot on a Monday night after Coulter was closed. I took a chance and filled out the easy forms on Coulter's website to see if I might quality for a loan with my trade in. Within the hour I had an email response back from Glenn (this was after 11PM at night). Glenn said he would call me the next day to follow-up. He did at 9am, Tuesday, and that evening after work I stopped into Coulter and just like that I was the proud new owner of my first Cadillac. (it was that easy. - Glenn worked with me in getting a warranty, Gap insurance, and a fair amount for my trade. It's been 9 years since I purchased a new vehicle and I had my reservations about dealing with a dealership and about buying a used car.- Glenn Heiser is top notch and Coulter Cadillac is the best of the best as for as dealerships go. I've have numerous followup emails from the dealership manager (Tony Komadina), service manager (Jon Thorne)and Glenn Heiser since my purchase. - The rearview mirror came detached from the winshield just a couple of days ago (Sunday) on the Cadillac I bought. Monday morning at 7AM I showed up at the service department (without an appointment) to try and get the mirror fixed. Service Writer; Rich Garrick, assisted me. He told me they wouldn't be able to start on until 8AM. I didn't mind waiting. Within 20 minutes, Rich Garrick had the mirror fixed and the Cadillac waiting for me to drive away(by the way the customer lounge at Coulter is exceptional! Rich was very professional, treated me right, and there was no charge for the repair. - Having never owned a Cadillac, and having never dealt with a GM or Cadillac Dealer I can tell you first hand from my experience the people at Coulter, the Service at Coulter, and their undying, total committment to maintaining complete customer satisfaction before, during and after the sale is truly exceptional. I told Glenn I was startled by the treatment I received and continue to receive from this dealership. Look for the "Car on the Roof" at 12th Street & Camelback. You can't go wrong with Coulter. They will win you over. It's just the way they do business! You will be more than pleased. You will be "wowed" and totally "sold" on Coulter Cadillac. Keep up the great work Coulter. More
I brought my 2010 Corvette in due to a defect with the driver's seat. Although this didn't appear to be a normal service for Coulter, Ed was able to get the seat cushion replaced and installed properly. driver's seat. As a Corvette owner i am ever so cautious to allow someone to work on my Z06. Ed happens to be a Corvette owner and i entrusted my Corvette with Coulter for some service work. Ed ensured the car was h someone to work on my Z06. Ed happens to be a Corvette owner and i entrusted my Corvette with Coulter for some service work. Ed ensured the car was handeled with care and between him and the service manager Tom, they were able to help me get some major iitems covered by GM with my warranty only having expired a few month's ago. Even though they did not get to do the work they sent me to another dealer and folowed my process thru. Ed and Tom's commitment to a customer is a lost art and should be viewed by all as a learning tool to others. So many times bussiness forget how they got big and profitable and that's thru customers. When you show iniative and drive and care as these two illustrated you earn a customer for life. My next Cadillac will be purcahsed at Coulter and my vehicles will be now serviced and cared for by them as well! Gentelman thanks for making me the customer feel wanted and appreciated!!!
