Joe was a very nice to do business with, was not pushy very personable and was a matter of fact. My Buick had a section of trim come off so I went to the body shop. They were very helpful. I traded in my 2007 DTS with 50K miles and was considering leasing a new car or upgrading to a newer model. I went over to the used car section and was met by Joe Sparks. We discussed my options and he showed me several cars that met my specifications. We also discussed the pros and cons of leasing new. There was a return that was a year older than the car I was trading in and even had more miles on it but it was pristine. It looks and drives brand new. I test drove it and knew immediately it was a great deal. Coulter gave me an extremely fair trade in allowance (more than two other Cadillac dealerships I visited) on my existing DTS and great financing through GMAC. Debbied Miles wote me up next door and was extremely fast and efficient. I sincerely feel that Joe listened to me and helped me get the best possible vehicle imagineable. The reason I am giving Joe Helms and Coulter Cadillac the ratings above was due to my overall experience during my most recent visit. I took my Cadillac in for service. He gave me multiple options and time frames to work with in order to make the best decision. He explained the costs associated with the repairs and the things we could due to help mitigate their immediate effect. While waiting there were various employees of Coulter who inquired as to my well being and asked if I needed any assistance. It was a truly great experience and I would recommend Coulter Cadillac to anyone. More

In the past 10 years, I have owned 8 GM vehicles, 4 Lexus vehicles, and 2 Volvo's. Needless to say, in the process of buying and trading-in, I have seen about everything from the five star professionals to the laughable sterotype of the the unscrupulous used car salesman. On this paticular transaction, I traded in a vehicle with less than 6000 miles and about 6 months old. This purchase represents the first time I have bought from Coulter on Camelback. Earlier in the year, my experience with a former floor sales rep was not so good. Follow up was poor, etc. The reason I returned was because of the tenacity of the Sales Manager, Larry Nichols. When I purchased from another dealer last time, Larry followed up with me. He, of course, wasnt happy. I was impressed, however, that a Sales Manager would actually work so hard to learn why they lost a sale. I dont see this often and when I did, I knew I had underated the dealership soley based on my experience with one salesman. When it came to time to trade in, as promised, I contacted Larry Nichols. Made an appointment (I always recommend you make these appointments duing the week when the dealership isnt as busy as weekends). Coulter located the vehicle I wanted, gave me a fair price for the trade-in, and a very competitive price for the new car. I worked with both Larry and Kevin Kish from the sales department to consumate the transaction. Both were very knowledgeable and professional. Since I am a unique buyer, Coulter was savy enough to know that when it came to closing the transaction, the Business Manager Rick Baena, knew I would have no interest in after market items like extended warranties, etc. (Many times I have been told by other dealers that I have to listen to the sales pitch as it is required - Coulter knows their customers and has the common sense to profile the needs and didnt even attempt to sell something I didnt need. Kudos to Rick for that!) Lastly, I have to complement the people behind the scence. My vehicle was prepped and presented to me in showroom condition by the dealership assistant Alberto. The day I purchased it, a dust storm was moving through the area. Alberto made sure my vehicle was clean, temporary tags intact, etc. What really impressed me about Coulter is that I made an appointment for 6pm and by 7pm (in spite of the storm and my trade-in - I was out by 7 pm!!!) This dealership knows its customers time is valuable and respects that. Thank you Larry, Kevin, Rick, and Alberto. Five stars across the board. More
