they will absolutely hunt down senior citizens and do their best to lease them a new car every two years (sometimes even more frequently!). but heaven forbid the family needs help with some small admini their best to lease them a new car every two years (sometimes even more frequently!). but heaven forbid the family needs help with some small administrative issues and its crickets from the dealership. when the lease was returned on my dying mom's car, they did not properly do the paperwork withe MVD resulting in her getting notices from MVD regarding lack of insurance. they claim they care about their long time customers, but they absolutely only care about the commissions they are making. they literally leased my mom a car and she could barely walk let alone operate a car. and worse? as the two year lease was coming up, they called her to try to turn in that car for a new one. she was literally on her death bed and they were trying to get her into a new car. its a great business model for them to move new cars quickly and get them back 2 years later with very low miles so that they can sell them at a premium More
