My husband and I had a wonderful experience when we purchased our new Escalade. Bill Durst and Sarah Burt made our experience seamless. We had been looking for a used Buick Cascada for a while. We found one but the dealership and staff were not knowledgeable of the product or willing to price negotiate. We found another Cascada at Coulters C We found one but the dealership and staff were not knowledgeable of the product or willing to price negotiate. We found another Cascada at Coulters Cadillac Buick and 2 hours later we had a deal and staff that could actually tell us about our new car. Everyone wanted to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our experience. A very positive experience and now I am driving a beautiful white on black convertible. Winner winner! More
