Amazing, honest relationship with sales I keep pinching myself because of the amazing deal Sales Manager Tim Raspiller & Sales Consultant Jose Albanil made for me 6 payments early on my leas I keep pinching myself because of the amazing deal Sales Manager Tim Raspiller & Sales Consultant Jose Albanil made for me 6 payments early on my lease which was due to end in September, 2019. My lease payment is half of what the normal payment is (quoted statistics) and for half as long. Of course being a GM retiree helped a lot. But let me focus in on the difference between this and my former GMC dealer: Coulter was open and even sent me a check which the other dealer never offered for 'doc' of about $425. Wow! And my lease is for 12,000 miles not 10,000 and the payment is only $20/mo more than the lesser lease. So Coulter is so much more upfront and honest than my last dealer. The last dealer led off with a high lease rate (>$500/mo) and Coulter started of with my great current lease with no bargaining. Honest numbers! And Sarah Burt, finance manager, is quite experienced and explained all the ins and outs and was upfront with information too. Such a delight. Oh, I just pinched myself again! And the new 2019 GMC Terrain is so much more technological and tight riding than the old. Beautiful styling too. And pushbutton gears--just like about the 50's Chrysler. Haha. I will even drive the extra 25 miles for service because I trust this dealer so much. Rave reviews!! A wonderful family operation for many years. More

Mom and Dad were prepared to have to purchase the vehicle in our name since our daughter had little to no credit. The folks at Coulter pulled off nothing short of a miracle by getting our daughter approved on her own with us having to sign as a co-signer. She is in heaven having purchased her first car. We told her that in all the years of our car buying experience, she just had what we would consider to be one of the most pleasant car buying experiences ever.
