Great service and customer care, what you would expect from a Cadillac dealer, (yes, us Cadillac owners can be a bit snobbish). When Russ realized I didn't have a ride,(as the repairs would take several h from a Cadillac dealer, (yes, us Cadillac owners can be a bit snobbish). When Russ realized I didn't have a ride,(as the repairs would take several hours and I live quite a distance away), provided me with a free loaner to get home. That's what I call customer service! Another time, with another Cadillac, the battery went bad when my wife was taking her mother to an appointment,(her mother was on oxygen and only had 2 hours left on her tanks)when they realized they were stuck. She called Coulter, and they had a new battery installed in less than an hour, and they were 30 miles away! So, they were able to get home in plenty of time to change out the tanks. That was a real lifesaver, literally! More
Took my 1998 Buick Park Avenue in for air conditioning repair. Dealt with Brad Majercin, Assistant Service Manager. Was originally told repair to A/C unit and replacement of fuel lines would cost over $ repair. Dealt with Brad Majercin, Assistant Service Manager. Was originally told repair to A/C unit and replacement of fuel lines would cost over $1,700. After the car was repaired, I was told that they were able to save me a lot of money because they were able to repair an existing part rather than replacing it with a new one. Also, it turned out only one of two fuel lines thought to have been defective actually was. final bill was just over $900--or almost half of what I had expected to pay. I appreciate the honest effort to save me money on the repair of this high-mileage vehicle. Rob Bohannan More

I caused a minor bumper-to-bumper collission with a friend's car. Fortunately, it was covered by my insurance under a "Good Driver" program, so my premiums won't go up. My friend went to Coulter Cadillac and highly recommended it. I gave Coulter a chance. I couldn't be more pleased. From my initial contact by phone, with Ken Kochanski, through the whole process, I was treated with respect and cheerfulness. They even provided a free loaner car for me! I highly recommend Coulter Cadillac! More

I brought my car in for warranty work as recommended by the members of Arizona Corvette Enthusiasts where Ed is a member. The whole exprience was great since Ed went the extra step to orientate me on thier the members of Arizona Corvette Enthusiasts where Ed is a member. The whole exprience was great since Ed went the extra step to orientate me on thier proceedures for handling customers cars, then he kept me updated on the progress of my repair. When Ed had access to ACE he always kept our membership updated on parts and service that Coulter Cadillac could provide, and since he spent the time to help when needed many members still recommend Coulter Cadillac when someone asks. But now with Ed's limited access to ACE there are less recommendations everytime. I will return to Coulter Cadillac for my automotive needs in the future, with employees like Ed there it changes the whole dealership experience into something to look forward too. More
Robert Isbell was extremely helpful. My family and I were on vacation when my truck started to struggle when starting the engine. We took it to a GMC dealership and one service repair shop. Neither place was able to diagnose or fix the problem. We immediately took it to Coulter Cadillac when we got home. The dealership and Robert identified the problem, communicated efficiently, and fixed it all very quickly. I appreciate the time and effort! More
