I brought my car on for it's second oil change since purchasing my car. The staff at check in is always nice. The technicians are another story. This time I was told my car was ready. I got in the car to leave and it took me 15 minutes to get my seat lowered and back to it's position. The next day I worked late. On my way home someone flagged me while at a stop light to tell me my back lights were out. I panicked the rest of the way home. I think they are working now. Called the dealer to let them know. We are in a holiday weekend now. Hopefully this won't happen again. I want to continue to get my oil changes at the dealer where I purchased my car, but I'm afraid to go back. My car is brand new and should be brought back to me the same way I brought it in for a simple oil change. Not to thrilled with this dealer right now. My first oil change was worse than this one. Last time I ended up with a loaner. More

I purchased my car there and have it serviced for 6 years! Was told a battery and altinetar would cost 1900 dollars! Was forced to purchase a battery for 340 dollars but till the car down the street to years! Was told a battery and altinetar would cost 1900 dollars!
