Mrs. Kay was absolutely wonderful. I was in a hurry, and we had an idea of what we wanted. Mrs. Kay greeted us with a handshake and a smile, and helped us tremendously. We drove up wanting to get a Kia So we had an idea of what we wanted. Mrs. Kay greeted us with a handshake and a smile, and helped us tremendously. Mrs. Kay was so helpful that we ended up leaving with the model with bells and whistles, cost around 20k. Normally i would not be happy about this kind of situation, but i can honestly say that is the happiest and best experience i have ever had spending money. My wife and i are VERY happy with our new Kia Soul, and look forward to purchasing our cars in the future from Mrs. Kay at Kia of Gastonia.
