Always happy with the service which is why I return. I did however receive an email for the works price at $59 and I was charged $79. I called to get money put back on my ford pass but I never received I did however receive an email for the works price at $59 and I was charged $79. I called and scheduled appointment to check driver door per letter I received. I asked for a time and was told 8:30 on Monday morning. I sat for 2 1/2 hours and nothing was done. I also requested new key per letter I received. I asked for a time and was told 8:30 on Monday morning. I sat for 2 1/2 hours and nothing was done. I also requested new key fob due to losing one; it was submitted to my extended warranty insurance but I did not receive any further information if it was ordered or when to expect it. I do not understand why you would tell me to come in at a particular time and think I could spend my entire day sitting and waiting for you to check it whenever was convenient for you. More
