I waited in the Service Waiting area for 45 minutes after car was done. No one came to get me. I had a wrench symbol appear on the dash for the last few weeks and asked it be checked. The service manager res car was done. No one came to get me. I had a wrench symbol appear on the dash for the last few weeks and asked it be checked. The service manager responded if the symbol was not appearing at the time the car was in for an oil change, they could not check it. I have since visited another Ford Dealer and was told the car can certainly be checked for issues relating to gear wrench symbol. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Court Street Ford.
