Hello! Chris Zimmerman Parts & Service Director here. I am disappointed to read this review. I would love to explore this with you as your handle does not help me get to your inspection nor does your review give me any details. As per ANY recall, Acura requires that we perform a complete visual inspection & with that visual inspection we do advise if any maintenance items (tune up & fluid exchanges ) need to be completed by time or miles especially if we do not have a history of these services performed. Plus we try to take pictures of recommended items to help the client address them as they can. Again, this is free multipoint inspection is required by Acura during any recall or service performed at an Acura dealership. My direct line is 303-795-4080 if you would like to discuss further.
