Took our car in because the engine was misfiring and losing power. Technicians figured out the issue after a lot of testing. We were set up with a loaner car upon arrival when we realized Courtesy neede losing power. Technicians figured out the issue after a lot of testing. The service team was courteous and informative keeping us up to speed on the status of the repairs. Unlike some other dealer service departments I have used, I trust this team to treat us fairly and work for us to keep our car serviced. Sean was a pleasure to work with to get my MDX’s dead battery replaced. When Infirst called about it Sean was going to talk me through the process of trying to jump start the vehicle but logistics preven battery replaced.
