That’s very sweet to do that, but it was not necessarily. I did not like it because we want to reduce the use of the plastics as much as we can to be more sustainable. You would think it is only a bottle. No. It adds up. I really would like to suggest that you don’t provide the water bottles to your customers like that. Throughout the process, Matt was friendly, professional, and transparent. To set expectations, Matt walked me through each of the services and diagnostics to be performed, plus potential costs from the diagnostics. Later in the day, when the service took longer than expected, Matt immediately contacted me to let me know it might go long. I subtly explained some scheduling challenges I had the next day, so Matt and the service technicians worked some magic and had my car ready the next morning! As always, it's a guilty pleasure to have my car washed with a bottle of water waiting. I really do appreciate this service and it's a benefit that sets Courtesy Acura apart from other service centers. Thanks! More

Always excellent service I brought my car in a day early for a scheduled oil change because I noticed one of the tires was going flat. They got me in right away.
