Alec took care of us when we came to pick up the car as Vanessa was at lunch. The cost was as advertised. The work done was totally explained, and I could see precisely what condition the car was in. Lastly, Alec explained what I should expect on my next service visit. Purchasing and now servicing this Acura TLX from Courtesy has easily been the best such experience I have ever had (and I'm 64).
