Car and Courtesy both winners! We recently purchased a new 2018 Acura MDX (the car sells itself) after having our previous MDX for 14 years. Jimmy, our salesman, was a 'rockstar'! We recently purchased a new 2018 Acura MDX (the car sells itself) after having our previous MDX for 14 years. Jimmy, our salesman, was a 'rockstar'! From start to finish he listened, he took every effort to find what we needed, he was very engaging, and the process to purchase went smoothly. Disappointed with response to need for emergency service Car would not start after driving away from home. Called for tow (AAA) told no loaners available for 3 days (!) offered shuttle. AAA technician discov Car would not start after driving away from home. Called for tow (AAA) told no loaners available for 3 days (!) offered shuttle. AAA technician discovered badly corroded battery contacts. There was not enough contact available to charge the battery. My vehicle had been serviced (oil change, brake fluid flush, tire rotation, alignment, "safety check") 3 weeks ago. One of the service reps (Chris) told me that the battery connections 'should have been checked as part of the safety check when serviced'; the other one (Vanessa) said, "we don't routinely do that"!. Vanessa told me that there was no sign of corrosion and that everything tested fine - ignoring the fact that the AAA technician had cleaned all of the corrosion off the battery posts less than an hour before! I am deeply disappointed that driver safety is seemingly of so little concern to the Service Department at Courtesy Acura. I was fortunate that I was stranded in a safe place in broad daylight. More
Past and Present The last time I took my vehicle to Courtesy Acura for service I was told it needed a repair that would cost around $2000. I took it elsewhere for the The last time I took my vehicle to Courtesy Acura for service I was told it needed a repair that would cost around $2000. I took it elsewhere for the repair which turned out to be around $300. When I took the vehicle back to Courtesy that day to bring it to their attention, the service manager put my vehicle on the lift and confirmed, and agreed with, what the other auto repair shop had advised me. That is dishonesty beyond the limits. It is unacceptable. How many other customers have been taken advantage of, unbeknownst to them? It is unlikely that this is an isolated incident that I experienced. Courtesy Acura has lost me as a customer, oil changes included. The only reason I took the vehicle in this week was for a recall. Matt was very pleasant and accommodating on this current visit for service. More

Excellent! I worked with Matt on an insurance claim that was almost 3-years old. He was amazing in communicating with me as well as working with State Farm and q I worked with Matt on an insurance claim that was almost 3-years old. He was amazing in communicating with me as well as working with State Farm and quite a few wrinkles that we had to work out. I have always loved to take my car their for the normal visits but as far as I'm concerned they (meaning Matt) went above and beyond the call of duty in his patience and help in figuring this all out. Excellent Service Manager I recently purchased a 2019 RDX and thought there was an issue with the speaker system, to me it seemed like there was "white noise" coming from the I recently purchased a 2019 RDX and thought there was an issue with the speaker system, to me it seemed like there was "white noise" coming from the speakers. With a brand new car, that was a cause of concern for me. The dealership promptly gave me a loaner car and took my car to check out this issue. Connor was extremely helpful in helping me understand the car's sound system and that there actually wasn't a problem with the speakers, they just needed to be adjusted for a more balanced sound.
