With a brand new car, that was a cause of concern for me. The dealership promptly gave me a loaner car and took my car to check out this issue. Connor was extremely helpful in helping me understand the car's sound system and that there actually wasn't a problem with the speakers, they just needed to be adjusted for a more balanced sound. Disappointing Was just needing a routine maintenance. First it was hard to get someone to call us back to set appointment. Second, we bought the car one year ago with two free oil changes. When my wife went to check out they said the 2nd oil change was expired by a few weeks and made her pay. I have bought 3 new cars from Courtesy and get this kind of service. Very Poor! More
