I could have completed a satisfactory deal on my first visit but I was the advance person for my wife who does not appreciate the usual car buying experience. She does not like the hard sell and the waste of time. On our visit the next day she was very Impressed with Todd, Jim in closing and Leo in Tech support. Best Dealership Experience I've Ever Had! Courtesy Acura is absolutely amazing! For a while, I had been considering getting a 2016 ILX A-Spec for my wife and one day we decided to drop by just Courtesy Acura is absolutely amazing! For a while, I had been considering getting a 2016 ILX A-Spec for my wife and one day we decided to drop by just to submit a credit app to see where we stood. I wasn't expecting much that day except for getting the ball rolling. When we arrived, we were pleasantly greeted by Dennis Craig at the door. That initial greeting and conversation with Dennis was so natural, very unlike what most would expect from a "typical" car salesman. At that moment, we knew we were in the right place! Dennis listened to our needs, showed us the particular product we were interested in, took care of all of the paperwork very efficiently, and made sure that we felt 200% comfortable with every step of the process. Dennis knows the product lines, so if there's ever a question, he's got the answer! He's a very genuine guy, no b.s., no lies, or pretending to like you just for a sale. And to expand on that thought, while we were waiting on our new car to be prepped and delivered to us, EVERY employee that we crossed paths with greeted us, congratulated us, asked if there was anything we needed, and generally just had fun with us while we waited! That's pretty xxxx awesome! In this day and age, too many people don't want to deal with anyone if they don't have anything to gain for themselves. Absolute opposite at Courtesy!! Once our new car was ready for us, Dennis transitioned us to Leo Falcam who gave us a thorough training on the features of our car. Leo is also an awesome product specialist. He was very down to earth, knowledgeable, and patient when he educated us on our ILX. Plus, he shared me and my wife's sense of humor! He went through all of the car's settings, set the wife's preferences, and set up her phone through the car's system. Approximately four weeks into ownership, we are very pleased with the new car and the outstanding level of service and follow-through we have received. I wish I was able to buy another because Courtesy is just that great of a place to purchase a new or used vehicle! Thanks again to Dennis Craig and Leo Falcam for all that you do! During our many visits, we test drove the two different drive trains of the TLX and learned more about the available packages to make the right buying decision. Great Dealership & Excellent Service Came in today looking for a specific used car that they had, and it was there. Don greeted me and provided outstanding customer service. There was no hustling, no run arounds, and no pressure sales. Owen provided me with an accetable and reasonable offer on my trade in which I was happy about and it was very close to what KBB and NADA suggested (unlike a few other unnamed greedy dealerships). Brock from financing was able to meet and beat all my expectations for a loan and offer me an unbelievable interest rate (my credit is not great but not too bad either), and it was much lower than what I researched and was expecting. The overall experience at Courtesy Acura was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had (and I would know, because I like to switch cars a lot). The entire process was short (about 2.5 hours from the moment I walked in till I drove out), very easy, and without any hassle. I believe that I got a great deal on exactly what I wanted. I feel like a superbly satisfied customer, and will definitely recommend Courtesy Acura to everyone. All the staff made me feel welcome, and once again provided customer service that was above and beyond. Once again, thank you to Don, Owen, and Brock for an outstanding car buying experience! More

I was recently driving home from the mountains and discovered that one of my headlights needed to be replaced. I called the dealership and they said to come by and they would take care of it ASAP. Stuart and Justin were fantastic. I appreciated the friendly smiles, quick service and Justin's offer to hand wash my car so I didn't need to take my skis off the rack. My husband searched and came up with one in Colorado and guess what they have all kinds of good customer reviews! So we contacted them and worked with Skyler and it was a super smooth deal. My car is exactly what I want, they found lower financing then our credit union, and my car arrived quicker than it was scheduled!! I am completely happy and love my car.
