If I could give ratings of six or more, I would have done so. This new vehicle purchase was by far the most pleasant one I've ever done. And I've done quite a few over the years. I have purchased three cars from Courtesy Acura in the last two years; 2008 Honda Accord, 2006 Acura TL, and my 2011 Acura MDX. Every time that I have entered the dealership has been a completely profess last two years; 2008 Honda Accord, 2006 Acura TL, and my 2011 Acura MDX. I am a super preffered Acura client, and could buy my vehicles anywhere, but because of the consistency, professionalism, courtesy/respect that is shown by these customer service experts, I will not buy my vehicles anywhere but Courtesy Acura. Please speed up the process - It took a long time to get a price quote as our first salesperson insisted we look at all of the cars and colors before he would talk price. The general manager John Osborne a price quote as our first salesperson insisted we look at all of the cars and colors before he would talk price. The general manager John Osborne was very helpful and concerned that my initial experience took longer than expected. He actually responded to my post which impressed me. I ended up purchasing a car from Courtesy due to John's professional follow up with me. We completed our sales transaction with Jesse Yoder and he was very thorough in explaining the features of the car. He stayed after the dealership's closing time to make sure both of us were comfortable with all of the cars features. He also helped me pair my phone to the car and made sure I knew how to use this feature. I was pleased with John Osborne's professionalism and the smoothness in completing my transaction with Jesse Yoder and the finance department. More
