Took car in for servicing. Technician failed to tighten oil drain plug all of the way. After noticing oil spill on the garage floor, took car back the next day to have problem diagnosed. Cost me 2 extra h oil drain plug all of the way. After noticing oil spill on the garage floor, took car back the next day to have problem diagnosed. Cost me 2 extra hours and being inconvenienced. The dealership was very apologetic, however I feel I should have been offered some kind of accomodation. More
My wife took our car in for a routine oil change. Everything seemed to be normal until I saw the car when she brought it back from the dealership. Whoever the technician was working on our car put a very large and deep vertical scratch on our driver door. This was not noticeable by my wife when she was picking up the car because the person open the car door for her. It was only when I came home I noticed the large scratch. Of course I called back and asked what had happened but no answers. Pictures taken when we dropped of the car showed no scratches. I was told security camera footage would be reviewed but no answer came from it. I was simply told to bring the vehicle back so it can be buffed out. I had to take time off work and drive it back to Courtesy. They tried to buff it but the scratch is too big and deep. Now I have to take it back yet again to see how it will be fixed. The lack of professionalism and low quality of work is not what I am accustomed to with Courtesy. More
