My most recent visit to Courtesy Acura’s service department was another quality service experience. A pothole strike bent an inner tie rod on my 2021 RDX. Great communication from Mike throughout the process. Easy! A few weeks later the car is running straight and true as if nothing had ever happened. Acura corporate mailed me a recall notice regarding the need to replace the fuel pump on my RDX. I called Courtesy and within 5 minutes booked my appointment and arranged for a loaner. On the morning of th need to replace the fuel pump on my RDX. I called Courtesy and within 5 minutes booked my appointment and arranged for a loaner. On the morning of the appointment I was greeted by Michael the service tech, signed a few forms, was handed the key fob for my loaner and off I drove. Though the service took longer than anticipated (most of the day) Michael kept me informed via text so I just went about my day, returning around 4PM to find my RDX serviced, washed and ready to pick up. Michael also helped me w some tech support on my radio. Everything went really well. More
