Had issues with a different dealer Colorado Springs on getting service done, made an appointment with Courtesy Acura which i drove an additional 45 mins further, but was WELL WORTH THE DRIVE. Spoke to both of the Michaels in the service department and got checked in. Was welcome to browse or grab a snack in the lounge area, before i knew my car was in and out ready to go. Car wash washed they had done a quick check over on the car I was ready. Much appreciated service i will be making an extra drive just for there business in future. It was excellent. The replacement vehicle was at my house on time and the loaner was clean. Malachi was kind and persistent. I had phone issues with him connecting (my spam blocker kept declining him house on time and the loaner was clean. Malachi was kind and persistent. I scheduled an A1 service appointment a few days prior. Easy to schedule online. We have had an issue with our window squeaking ever since we purchased the vehicle.
