Fast and Prompt Service I had a windshield that needed repair on my 2020 RDX. I called the dealership and they made sure that I knew that I needed factory glass to be used f I had a windshield that needed repair on my 2020 RDX. I called the dealership and they made sure that I knew that I needed factory glass to be used for my replacement and also that the camera system needed to be recalibrated. They scheduled that service very promptly and worked with my insurance company to ensure that everything was addressed. I need to thank Michael for all of his help, from setting up the appointment to getting me back out on the road as soon as possible. This is my second experience with the service department and am now very glad that I purchased my vehicle here. I look forward to working with them in the future. More

Who Knew Servicing Could Be So Great I brought my car in for a routine oil change. There ended up being a more significant issue than they found upon the overall car inspection. Thankfully it was under warranty, and they took care of everything. Missy was excellent, and I enjoyed working with her. When I got my car back, it was not only washed but vacuumed as well. Upon picking up my car, it was clean and in better shape than when I dropped it off! I will ONLY bring my car to Courtesy because they have the best staff! More
