Fantastic experience! My wife and I brought both of our '16 MDX's in for two minor recalls. We were met by the service staff as soon as we arrived. Not only were both reca My wife and I brought both of our '16 MDX's in for two minor recalls. We were met by the service staff as soon as we arrived. Not only were both recalls corrected quickly, but also a service bulletin for smother transmission shifting was incorporated. We were in and out in less than two hours! Additionally, our service technician completed a detailed, complimentary inspection of the whole car, highlighting the present status and future maintenance concerns, Our service adviser, Missy Zalinger, was especially knowledgeable and patient as she explained what was to be done, and listened carefully to any other concerns we may have had about the vehicles. She also went out of her way to arrange transportation for my wife and I, so we could enjoy breakfast as the work was being finished. Many thanks to Missy, and the entire staff at Courtesy Acura for an outstanding experience. Finally, the entire facility, including sales, maintenance, service, and customer waiting area, has gone through a complete, wonderful makeover in the recent past. The transformation is remarkable and noteworthy. Bravo, Courtesy Acura! More

The Courtesy Acura buying experience was a very satisfying experience, however, as good as it was, I believe that my recent experience with the Service Dept. has to be what really sets this dealership apart from so many others. It appears that everyone in the Service Dept. has been trained to make the customer's experience exceptional. It almost as if I had taken my car to a hospital and they treated me as if they were the May Clinic. The ownership at Courtesy Acura must be very proud. . More
