Not the best My 60k service was scheduled with new tires as the previous 4 (over $1000) were Michelin’s and even give me 20k. Service advisor gave me tire choices My 60k service was scheduled with new tires as the previous 4 (over $1000) were Michelin’s and even give me 20k. Service advisor gave me tire choices and I picked one (again, over $1000 for 4) and unbeknownst to me they were THE SAME TIRES that didn’t give me 20k miles. Frustrating that she offered them again. Even more frustrating I didn’t know I picked them again until they were on my car. Connor explained they were the same and I had great help from Vanessa too to get better tires for less $$$$ with longer warranty! It was a save but frustrating the service and tires took 3 days plus. More

Todd and other associates had very helpful tips and took care of my car. They resolved the problem and gave me all the paperwork and reassurance I needed. Battery dead, AAA rescue, electronic and manual keys did not work, AAA broke in, started car, drove to Courtesy Acura. Car "ready" next day but manual keys still did not work electronic and manual keys did not work, AAA broke in, started car, drove to Courtesy Acura. Car "ready" next day but manual keys still did not work when we asked for a demo at pick up. Problem was that manual rod inside door was not attached to electric motor. Demo showed that keys now worked. We paid and drove away. Moral: If you say the manual keys work, make sure you have tested it yourself---nothing is ever a given. Trust, but verify. HE Nevllle. More

First time in Colorado Everyone that I interacted with was off the charts kind. The moment I pulled in - not having a clue where to go other than “following” the signs...a Everyone that I interacted with was off the charts kind. The moment I pulled in - not having a clue where to go other than “following” the signs...a very kind gentleman, clearly ready for some work for the day asked if I was parking for service. I responded yes and he said, well let’s get you in line! I have no idea what his actual role is because he did help me past that point - but being my first point of contact with your team - it sure was nice. The rest of the team was great as well as - although I do not remember the sweet woman that scanned my vehicle in - she was pleasant, we laughed about cold mornings and slowing down of older bodies and computers. 😉. Then I was whisked away inside to work with two folks. One was Leo and I do not see his name listed below in service and I think perhaps the other was Todd...but not certain. Both of these gentleman were there when I showed up and when I left and returned 9 hrs later. Incredible attitudes, jovial and just fun. I judge almost everyone by whether I’d want my child to model the adult behavior they display. Based on my interactions with them both - they treated me like I’d want my son to treat people. Kindness, respect, genuine openness and honesty. More
