Exceptional Customer Service. Connor and Vanessa rock!!!! I had a Nordstrom like experience with Service Department Manager Connor and Service Advisor, Vanessa. It has been a difficult and emotional situation I had a Nordstrom like experience with Service Department Manager Connor and Service Advisor, Vanessa. It has been a difficult and emotional situation that is being involved with Acura MDX 2013. I am not sure I am up to share all the details of the situations. However what I can say, that Connor and Vanessa went above and beyond. They treated you like your best friend would ever treat you while retaining professionalism and high level of integrity. As I mentioned earlier, there were very emotional circumstances, but those two individuals handled it brilliantly. I know Connor for over 3 years and am so happy with his recent and well earned promotion. Thank you for hiring and retaning a true talent. Way to go! More

Great Customer Service After just having had my 2015 RDX serviced, I experienced a transmission slippage, whereupon I immediately took the vehicle in to Courtesy for a diagn After just having had my 2015 RDX serviced, I experienced a transmission slippage, whereupon I immediately took the vehicle in to Courtesy for a diagnostic. The problem was quickly fixed and though out of warranty by a short time, they fixed the issue without charge. I'll purchase another vehicle from this business in the future and recommend others to this dealership. More

Do not recommend Acura I reserved a loaner car a week ahead of time. I came in on my day and time and was told they might not have one, yet I had never received a call to wa I reserved a loaner car a week ahead of time. I came in on my day and time and was told they might not have one, yet I had never received a call to warn me of that. They managed to give me one that was almost completely out of gas. When I returned at 6 pm to get my car, my USB charging cord for my phone has been taken. More
Great job ; When I was in for and will change Matt let me know that my brakes needed to be replaced and that I needed to do it before the next oil change.
