CEL and airbag recall I’ve been going to the Courtesy Acura dealership for maintenance for 15 years for my 2004 MDX. Always been amazing. This last visit was different. Ser I’ve been going to the Courtesy Acura dealership for maintenance for 15 years for my 2004 MDX. Always been amazing. This last visit was different. Service people used to jump up to help you and now it seemed like many avoided me (except Vanessa). When I received my car back it wasn’t washed, I had 3 warning lights still lit on my dashboard and the casing behind the steering wheel that houses the turn signal indicators wasn’t snapped together. Plus the interior had a few new scratches and dirt on the floor mats. Now this might still be better than other dealerships (I don’t know, I’ve only been to Courtesy) but the level of service definitely had a palpable drop. Vanessa was great though. More

Great service I had just been in a month ago for larger then expected repair issues. When the normal service indicator came on less than 50 miles later I was pretty I had just been in a month ago for larger then expected repair issues. When the normal service indicator came on less than 50 miles later I was pretty unhappy. I spoke with Matt and he worked with his manager to get the service done at a reduced rate. While there they discovered a nail in my tire. They repaired the puncture at no charge which was much appreciated. I appreciate Matt’s help in turning around a difficult situation and making me feel better about the expense. More

Inconsistent pricing with great service Called around for pricing quotes for B1 service on '15 TLX. Courtesy Acura had the best price even compared to local service centers.
