It took a shorter time than I would have thought to fix it for it was a pretty obscure issue but, ultimately, I could drive quietly away. Great Service-as always! I scheduled my MDX for an appointment to be fixed because of a low grinding noise. Alec (a.k.a Enrique). provides awesome service as always! He arranged for a loaner and kept me informed until the problem was identified. He provided warranty information do I know when my extended one kicks in. The service technician identified the problem, fixed it and replaced dome other parts I needed as well. All within the same day! Thankfully it was nothing too serious and I’m very appreciative of the service technician recommendations to prevent the issue from happening again.
