Always amazing Every visit to Courtesy is a good visit. The staff is always professional, honest, and kind. I brought my car in unannounced for a battery change. The service department got me right in and made the switch in no time. They went above and beyond by washing the interior and cleaning the interior. My favorite was that they left me a chocolate on the console. Courtesy made a bad day better! More

Oil Change Though I had an appointment, it took about 3 hours for an oil change and the maintenance (tire pressure check, alignment, car wash). I appreciate Conner advising me of the cost of a part which was prohibitive and he did not order it. Something we both agreed to. (Over $600 for a fog light glass which had been broken by debris flying into it and breaking it) The staff are fine, but you need many more technicians to do the maintenance. More
