Good Service I have read that you can call Acura and they will pick up your car and deliver it back to you. Well, we backed out of the garage and it died, all the I have read that you can call Acura and they will pick up your car and deliver it back to you. Well, we backed out of the garage and it died, all the systems were down. It would crank, but not start. The lady in service said, "When all the msgs come on & it doesn't start it is probably a dead battery. Jump it & bring it in." We could not get to it to jump it. I tried til it started & drove it to Acura. It turned out to be a fuel pump. The B16 service was completed & we brought it home. The parking assist was shut off. We read the manual, but couldn't find it. I called Connor & he told me how to fix it and everything is fine. I might mention that I have had several MDSs and the 2016 compared to the others is a rough ride. More

Upon returning to get my car, Alex went over the bill completely explaining everything and I was in and out in a very timely manner. I was very pleased with how Alec handled everything but you need to read below! ANOTHER NOTE: I find it difficult to call in and get an appointment. I left a message two days in a row with no call back and finally on the third day I got a live body. Courtesy needs to evaluate this problem if they want to keep their customers. Once I arrived service was excellent but I was ready to look elsewhere for my service prior to that! More
