communication poor-end product good I made an appointment because I heard an inconsistent rattle under the hood of my 2017 RDX AWD ADV (mileage 9000). I was given a courtesy vehicle. M I made an appointment because I heard an inconsistent rattle under the hood of my 2017 RDX AWD ADV (mileage 9000). I was given a courtesy vehicle. My car was at the dealership for one week. Acceptable - they were looking for the cause. During this time I received maybe one progress report. I had to call and leave messages. During my last call I was told my car was ready for pickup. I never received any communication from the dealership that my car was ready for pickup . Poor communication. More

Normally a good experience I've been coming here now for about 2 years and I have never had a bad experience. Customer service and professionalism is always top notch. However, I've been coming here now for about 2 years and I have never had a bad experience. Customer service and professionalism is always top notch. However, this last time I was upset with the loaner vehicle situation. My car was due for an oil change and because of my work situation I really needed a loaner car while mine was in the shop. I was told that if I made an appointment for the following Thursday there would be a loaner available for me. So, I drove my car for over a week needing an oil change pretty bad just to find out on Thursday that there were no loaner cars available. They did get my oil changed right away though and the service associate was very friendly but I was still very annoyed with the situation More
