Courtesy Acura Review I own a 2001 Acura MDX (one of the first vehicles released), purchased from the Pasadena, CA dealership. I moved to Denver, CO in 2005. I quickly fou I own a 2001 Acura MDX (one of the first vehicles released), purchased from the Pasadena, CA dealership. I moved to Denver, CO in 2005. I quickly found Courtesy Acura, and have stayed with them to present. I will never let my MDX (current mileage 336,000+) go as it has saved my life several times over....I LOVE my car! Courtesy Acura never cheated, lied to, or took advantage of me as a woman in a perceived 'male-dominated' world. They also helped me avoid being taken advantage of by others in the industry. My previous service advisor Sandy, was excellent but finally retired. My new advisor, Stuart Hall, recently handled several major issues with honesty, intelligence, kindness, and continued support. In my opinion he went far beyond the 'scope' of his position and I will always request his assistance when I bring my vehicle in for any type of future service. ~ CH, Denver, CO More

Just recently bought 2017 mdx had paint defect issues- dust particles in the paint deep down and in 5 different places of the long time fan of Acura. Just recently bought 2017 mdx had paint defect issues- dust particles in the paint deep down and in 5 different places of the suv. I have not put 5 stars for Quality of work and the price - because its factory's defect, and service cannot do much about this. Connor was helpful and involved the Acura certified body shop to fix the problem. First problem on the door was corrected but was not 100% fixed, because not much could he done without repainting its factory's fault. The body shop and the service recommended re-painting and ask me to involve Acura client relationship. Connor was helpful in identifying the paint issues on other parts of the suv too. Acura Client relationship has yet to step in to back their product and hopefully they will not ask me to re-paint the car - that's called putting band aids More

They are teammates that helped each other to make sure I was satisfied with the repairs on my car. I was given a loaner vehicle without even asking. They are very welcoming as well. Even thought they are very busy with many clients they remembered me without having to remind them of the issue. Lastly, they looked into the service history for my car and they were able to utilize the past to help diagnose my sensor issue. Thanks again! More

He discussed the estimated cost, which was reasonable, and discussed the expected tiime for repairs, also reasonable. Took advantage of the coffee machine and had myself a nice cappucino while I waited. Stuart contacted me to inform me that the repair was completed, (15 Minutes earlier than expected). Stuart fixed me up with a bottle of water and a chocolate, and sent me on my way. (With a freshly washed car.) Me very happy with the service and the results. If i happen to need service from this facility again, I will no doubt ask for Stuart to facilitate the procedure. Thankd again for the speedy and courteous service. TM More
Good Service Came in with no notice and no appointment because my MDX's anti-theft system was freaking out -- had decided I was stealing it. Kept me updated consistently over the next three days while they tried to diagnose the problem, which disappeared on its own the 2nd day. Never discovered the issue ... Unfortunate for an $88 diagnostic fee ... But I have no doubt they diligently looked for it, and appreciate how they kept me informed of the progress. More
