Some problems but quickly resovled I recently purchased a 2009 Nissan Murano from Jim (who is fantastic). Unfortunately I had some issues with right off the bat. During my test drive we I recently purchased a 2009 Nissan Murano from Jim (who is fantastic). Unfortunately I had some issues with right off the bat. During my test drive we noticed that the back passenger driver side seat belt latch did not work, Jim said no worries they would order the part and fix it at no charge since it was a safety issue (GREAT!). I noticed that my horn did not work as soon as I got it home and tried to honk to get my family to come out and see the new car, I called and left a message for the service department and never heard anything back until 3 weeks later when I had to take the car into them to have them look at and see why it was loosing RPM's/acceleration when driving. The service department apologized for not getting back to me about the horn, they immediately took the car and drove it to see if would do the same thing for them, it did and they thought it was the transmission. Chris (service department person I worked with) was AWESOME, he kept me up dated about everything while I waited for their finding. Chris informed me they thought it was the transmission and they wanted to send the car to a Nissan dealer for them to look at and see what they thought it was (all at NO charge to me), he informed me any repairs that Nissan or Acura did would be at no charge to me since the car was still under the power train warranty. Chris put into a loaner car (very nice 2018 Acura RDX) to use while my car was being worked on, again at no charge to me. The service department/Chris kept me up to date as soon as they had any information. The results of all of this is the horn was not bad apparently you just have to use more force then you think to get it to sound, the seat belt latch was not broken the correct latch was just pushed so far down in the seat my passenger could not find it, and the transmission is not bad it was a fuel intake boot that had a rip in. Acura had Nissan replace the fuel intake boot and Nissan also replaced my thermostat and battery cables. As I said before this was all no charge to me! I could not have asked for a better service experience. Thank you so much Jim, Chris and everyone at Courtesy Acura!!! More

Routine service I took my car in for a routine oil change. They asked if I need a loaner car and I said yes. I got my loaner car and had it for a couple of days beca I took my car in for a routine oil change. They asked if I need a loaner car and I said yes. I got my loaner car and had it for a couple of days because I went out of town. Courtsey Acura understood and didn’t even question the extra days. When I went to pick my car up it took less than 10 minutes to get my car and leave. The customer service at this dealer is second to none. More

Vanessa is extremely pleasant and professional to work with. She listens carefully to my needs and issues, and documents it in great details. They didn't have a loaner available at that time, but they were able to provide a ride through Lyft to/from my home. When I came back to pick up the vehicle, all issues were addressed and taken care of. Vanessa personally walked me to the parts department to pick up the touch-up paint and made sure I received the correct item. She provides the best customer service I've seen in years! More

Return trip to get realignment. I was disappointed to have to travel from downtown Denver to Littleton to get my tires realigned. The service was recommended so we agreed to having our tires aligned to prolong their life. We had not noticed any issues with the car pulling from center. However after the alignment we had major pulling so i had to return to Courtesy and spend another hour in the waiting room. The advisor was apologitic and the scheduler made time for me the same day I called. More

The young woman on the phone was very helpful in finding an alternative date and time that worked which happened to be the very same day. I was greeted promptly by an employee in the service center and directed to the service manager in charge of my vehicle. The service manager reviewed my maintenance record thoroughly and gave me recommendations on what needed to be done beyond the service I was requesting. I was given a quote on the necessary work prior to the service being per along with any discounts available. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable with snacks available while you wait. The wifi is easy to connect to and has a decent signal. Even though Courtesy Acura is not the closest dealer to my home I return there because of the friendly and complete service they provide. More
