The sales team management was rude, arrogant and unapologetic. Dealership management was very slow to get involved, and was not sympathetic. During the entire 2 month repair process, Hollie and Leo were the ONLY ones who truly showed us how much they cared about our customer experience. Hollie let her expertise shine and overcome what we saw as a management team that did not care about the ongoing frustrations in properly correcting the issues Courtesy caused. Hollie regularly updated us during the 2 month long repair process; she was patient, kind, and a true advocate for simply doing what was right. Leo was always around the corner to help after initially having to unfortunately communicate the damages done by those at Courtesy who do not face the customers. This dealership has an evasive "good ol boys" management with ethics issues, yet from our perspective, Hollie and Leo rise above that bureaucracy and deal head-on with the customers. Excellent service Bought a low-milage 2016 MDX after flying in from Houston that had a few issues but assured would be taken care of. Steward lived up to the dealerships promise and performed excellent and prompt service replacing both rear struts, a finish piece and some mounts while I waited. Several times during the service I was updated as to what was going on which was a nice touch. In the end having shown up without an appointment at 9:30 AM I was able to leave and successfully around 11:30 AM made dinner with my grandmother in new mexico. Thanks Stewart! More

Superior service and knowledge; great people I moved to Colorado and needed to take my NSX in for service and inspection. It was winter so i was hesitant to drive my "baby" in the snow and ice. I moved to Colorado and needed to take my NSX in for service and inspection. It was winter so i was hesitant to drive my "baby" in the snow and ice. From the very start they were top notch. It seemed to snow every time I had an appointment but no worries. Jenny was very understanding and didnt want my NSX driven in the snow either! She is quite a fan of the NSX! When I finally made it in I worked with Stuart. He is a top notch service consultant. He made me feel right at home and that my car would be well taken care of. They completed the work and kept me in the loop the entire time. If I ever had to call, I received Stuart on the line or I was quickly called back. When i went to pick my car up they had a new NSX that had just arrived. Not only did Stuart tell me the car was there (kind of a rare car to see in person) but also introduced me to a couple mechanics. They were also on top of their game. Very clean work space (I can always tell a great garage by a clean work space). and down right good people. I felt very at home and i would take my car (or any car) for them to service. If you are looking for an Acura or a quality garage this is the place to go, hands down 100% More

She always follows up and lets you know the status of your vehicle on a daily basis when it is in for multiple days. She truly cares about the customer. She is Awesome. More
