Courtesy Acura - Service Center

Have been taking cars to Courtesy over 12years. We have a 2001 CL -GREAT car, but aging, and needs help on occasion. Most recently-the battery was getting weak, and we had a leaking front tire. Lorenzo offered to repair the tire - to see if we could stop the leak. Unfortunately, it kept leaking - and the tires wwere less than a year old. He worked it so that we only had to buy2 new tires. Secondly -when the battery replacement started, we found bad cables. This was unforeseen, and I needed my car....Lorenzo offered a loaner so I would not be carless. I love that they are always willing to help the customer. Secondly -I love the courtesy ride program - they are always there for you - and Chewy remembered me from my last visit -and took me to work without asking directions the second time! Makes you feel pretty good. More

Emily was very friendly when notifying me of unexpected repairs and also suggested contacting insurance which did save me some money. When the service was completed Michelle handled it and there was a bil repairs and also suggested contacting insurance which did save me some money. When the service was completed Michelle handled it and there was a billing mix up but Matt handled it as best he could since Michelle was not there the next day when I picked it up. Their goal is definitely to make sure you leave happy. More

I can't say enough good things about the service department at Courtesy Acura (and especially Matt Sheridan)! They go out of their way to make your experience great, even for the smallest of servic department at Courtesy Acura (and especially Matt Sheridan)! They go out of their way to make your experience great, even for the smallest of service needs such as oil changes. They are proactive when working on bigger issues - they already have warranty information ready and options for the services you need. And I love the free loaner program - it makes life so simple. Kudos to them for all their great efforts - my next Acura will definitely be purchased here, simply because their service department has been so wonderful! More

I always have my Acura MDX serviced at Courtesy Acura and won't go anywhere else. Recently I had an oil change and nitrogen put in the tires. They provide a comfortable waiting area where my son and I could wait and watch tv with beverages and snacks. Every time I am there they treat me with respect, courtesy and honesty. I bought my car there and continue to go there for the service with a smile I've come to expect. I haven't gone anywhere else for service in over two years and don't plan to go anywhere else. I have referred many including my mother who bought her new car from Courtesy Acura and I will go again and again for all my car car needs. More

We have been bringing our MDX and TL to Courtesy Acura since mov Department. All of the service reps are very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. We have been bringing our MDX and TL to Courtesy Acura since moving to Denver back in 2007. Appointments are taken for bigger service items but appointments aren't needed for oil changes. All costs are disclosed up front so there are no surprises when you go to pay. The complimentary WIFI is wonderful so we can work while waiting for our vehicle. Keep up the great work! More
